Participants may split the course into 2 options. Half up front & 2nd complete payment after 30 days.
All attending dentists will receive consent forms and template for proper notes taking. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided.

Implant Education Company does not guarantee the number of implants/procedures each attending dentist will complete. Implant Education Company will do everything possible to ensure that each dentist has the proper number of patients during the live surgery days. Unforeseen circumstances with patients can impact how many procedures each dentist will complete.

There is no refund given if the course is canceled 45 days or less before the start of the course.
