3-Day Live Surgical Implant with Cadaver Training
The step most implant education never takes: cadaver surgery and CBCT planning, then implant placement on live patients under direct supervision — one instructor per two operating dentists.

Is the All-on-4® course right for you?
It's an intermediate program: you'll get the most from the cadaver sessions if you're already comfortable with flap design, suturing, and single-implant placement — from practice experience or our Level 1 course.
Restoratively focused dentists who partner with a surgeon also attend for the planning, conversion, and digital workflow content.

How to Choose a Dental Implant Course
Which dental implant course should I take first?
If you have never placed an implant, start with the Level 1 Dental Implant Cadaver Course. The lectures assume no prior implant surgical training, and every hands-on exercise — flap design, suturing, extraction, grafting, and implant placement — is performed on models and cadaver specimens with an instructor guiding you. If you already place implants, choose by where you want your practice to go next: full-arch treatment (our All-on-4® course), supervised live-patient surgery (the 3-Day Live Surgical Implant with Cadaver Training), or sinus augmentation and bone grafting (the Advanced Sinus Lift, Bone Grafting & GBR Course).
What is the difference between a cadaver implant course and a live-patient implant course?
In our cadaver-based programs (Level 1, All-on-4®, and the Sinus Lift & Grafting Course), all attendee hands-on work is performed on models and cadaver specimens. In our live surgical program (the 3-Day Live Surgical Implant with Cadaver Training), qualified dentists also perform surgery on live patients under direct instructor supervision. Observation seats on the 3-Day Live Surgical Implant with Cadaver Training include the lectures, planning, cadaver training, and case review without live-patient participation.
How small are the classes?
The Level 1 and All-on-4® cadaver courses are capped at eight dentists, and the Sinus Lift & Grafting Course at ten. The 3-Day Live Surgical Implant with Cadaver Training is capped at six operating dentists, with one instructor for every two dentists during live surgery.
How many CE hours does each implant course offer?
The Level 1 Dental Implant Cadaver Course is 16 CEU. The 3-Day Live Surgical Implant with Cadaver Training and the All-on-4® course are 24 CEU each, and the Sinus Lift & Grafting Course is 20 CEU. The All-on-4® Surgical Observation Mentorship Program is 8 CEU.
Do I need an Arizona dental license to attend?
Only if you will treat live patients and are not already licensed in Arizona. The cadaver courses and all observation seats require no Arizona license. For the 3-Day Live Surgical Implant with Cadaver Training, dentists licensed outside Arizona need a temporary Arizona dental license, which takes a minimum of 60 days — so register two to three months ahead. Can I pay tuition over time?
Yes. The Level 1, All-on-4®, and Sinus Lift & Grafting courses can be split into two monthly payments, and the live surgical implant course into three monthly payments. Choose your payment option when you register, or call or text (602) 730-1676.

All courses are held at the Implant Education Company Training Center, 12320 N. 32nd Street, Suite 2/3/4, Phoenix, AZ 85032. The mentorship program takes place inside Aria Dental Implant Center. See travel and hotel information.
