Dr. Mehranfar is one of the outstanding dental implantology practitioners in Arizona. He is Chairperson-Elect of the implant division of the American Dental Education Association and a recipient of their Pierre Fauchard Award for excellence. Dr. Mehranfar was also the director of dental implant education at the Brighterway Clinic in Phoenix, mentoring residents from all over the country.

Oral Surgeon, Diploamte American Board of Implantology / Implant Dentistry
Dr. Leonetti has been performing implant dentistry for over 20 years. He's a faculty member of various continuing education programs throughout the country. He assists in implant site development, extractions, placement, grafting procedures and much more. Dr. Leonetti finds it rewarding to work with dental colleagues of all levels that are looking to improve their craft.
Dr. Sam Elabrashi
Prosthodontist
Dr. Elabrashi is a prosthodontist with expertise in removable and fixed implant prosthodontics. He's a Diplomate with both the American Board of Prosthodontics and the American Board of Oral Implant Dentistry. He maintains a private practice limited to implants and prosthodontics. His areas of interest include immediate implant loading protocols, CAD/CAM implant technology, and more.
Dr. Blake Adams
Implantologist
Dr. Blake Adams graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2008 and practiced general dentistry until 2018. During his time in private practice he spent time training with Dr. Arun Garg, the Spear Institute, and eventually completing a Masters of Implantology through UNLV and the California Implant Institute.
