Surgery Is Learned by Doing — So That's How We Teach It
Most implant CE stops at the lecture hall. Ours starts there — then moves to hands-on models, human cadaver specimens, and for our live surgical programs, real patients treated under direct instructor supervision at our Phoenix training center.
- Small classes, by design. Every course is capped at eight dentists or fewer — live surgical participation is even more limited — so you get individual coaching at every station.
- Hands-on at every stage. Flap design, suturing, extraction, grafting, implant placement, and full-arch workflows practiced on models and cadavers before any live patient.
- A real progression. Start with the Level 1 cadaver course and build to supervised live patient surgery — each course assumes what the last one taught.
- Partnered with Nobel Biocare. Train with industry-leading implant systems and digital technology — our courses are featured on Nobel Biocare's national education calendar.

From First Implant to Live Surgery
Build a surgical foundation in the Level 1 cadaver course, then progress to supervised live patient implant surgery with cadaver and 3D printing training.
Full-Arch, Start to Finish
Observe a complete live All-on-4® case, then perform the surgical sequence on mandibular and maxillary cadavers — with restorative conversion and digital workflow.
Sinus Lift, Cadaver, 3D Printing & Guided Surgery
Advanced programs including live surgical sinus lift training with only two surgical seats per course, cadaver programs, 3D printing, and fully guided implant surgery.
