This ticket purchase is for an observation only spot. Dentists & assistants may attend the 3-day course that will include everything but live surgery.

Important:
All non-Arizona U.S licensed dentists are responsible for a temporary Arizona dental license obtained through the dental board. The process may take two to three months.

Implant Education Company does not guarantee the number of implants/procedures each attending dentist will complete. Implant Education Company will do everything possible to ensure that each dentist has the proper number of patients during the live surgery days. Unforeseen circumstances with patients can impact how many procedures each dentist will complete.

There is no refund given if the course is canceled 45 days or less before the start of the course.
