Before you register

Cancellation: cancel 60 or more days before your course start date for a refund; inside 60 days, tuition is non-refundable. Transfers: Level 1, All-on-4®, and Sinus Lift & Grafting registrations may transfer to a later date up to 30 days before the course start; live surgical courses transfer only up to 60 days before the course start.
