What Happens Next
- Confirmation email. You'll receive a confirmation with your course details. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder — then call or text us at (602) 730-1676.
- Course registration agreement. We'll email you our course registration agreement to review and sign electronically. Your seat is finalized once it's signed.
- Arizona license (live surgical courses only). If your course includes live patient surgery and you're not licensed in Arizona, watch for the temporary Arizona dental license application via Adobe Sign — start it the day it arrives. Processing takes a minimum of 60 days.
- Course reminders. We'll send everything you need — daily schedule, what to bring, and travel reminders — at 60, 30, and 15 days before your course.
